RIGHT CANDIDATE
Many successful companies
usually have a group or team of
capable and reliable employees whom
they count on for their achievements.
How true is that? Well, I definitely
think this is absolute truth! Haven’t
we seen many cases of companies
folding up or going into bankruptcy
because of the employees? Or when
we heard of a company which has
excellent service, don’t we often
see the credit given to the staff
as without the right employees,
this will probably not happen.
In fact, what prompt
me to write this is due to an article
I saw in a newspaper recently about
bosses going online to research
job seekers. This has definitely
caused some outrage among job seekers
to think that employers these days
will resort to such means as part
of the recruitment and selection
process. Though such emotions can
be understood as it is like an invasion
of privacy, however, companies also
have the right to know if they have
got the right person who can fulfill
their role and contribute to the
success of their company.
Besides this online
search, there is also an alternative
method which some employers used
for analyzing a person’s behaviour
and character. And this is through
the BaZi
analysis which is using a person’s
Date of Birth information. A BaZi
analysis is like a map of the person’s
characteristics, potential, skills,
attributes, strengths and weaknesses
at different stages. A person’s
life journey changes as we go through
different parts in life and the
ups and downs. Besides the person’s
attributes, the potential employer
is also able to determine if this
person will be the right job fit
for the position they are hiring
for.
Recruiting the right
candidate saves a lot of time and
money for the company especially
in the area of training. In fact,
the whole recruitment process can
be shortened by almost 40% of the
time because the people selected
for the interviews are people who
have the right skills and very importantly,
the right aptitude and character
that can help contribute effectively
to the success of the company.
So, if you are
