Influence of the Feng Shui Energies in the Year of the Tiger 2010
This year’s Feng Shui chi has started since February 4th, 2010 and its influence will continue till February 3rd, 2011. First and foremost, do remember that these energies have their effect only for the year alone therefore, lose no time in making the best use of any auspicious energies if your office or home layout allows.
The most auspicious energies for this year lie in the Northwest and West directions. So, if your main door is located or faced either these 2 directions, be prepared for new opportunities or advancements and developments that will lead to better financials. Alternatively, if your bedroom or office is in any of these 2 sectors, you can also stand to benefit from it.
As for the inauspicious energies, they are in the Northeast and Southwest sectors this year. There is a “sickness” star in the Northeast and to top it off, the Grand Duke or “Tai Sui” as known in Chinese is also in the same sector. Therefore, it’s important not to carry out any renovations or repair works of any extent in this sector as disturbing the Grand Duke is similar to setting yourself up against all odds. In addition, health would be affected and there could be potential injuries.
To safeguard yourself, I have always advocated about human actions as another possible solution. Hence, you should brace yourself up and be prepared mentally to face any possible challenges or obstacles that may come your way. It may be things that are obvious to you for example a problem that has been having recurring minor issues may blow up into something drastic. Try to heighten your sensitivity towards small teething issues or problems and put in place strategic plans in advance. Stay away from any expansion plans or new collaborations till next year.
For the Southwest sector, it has the most undesirable #5 Yellow star which is known to bring about major obstacles and challenges. Similar to the advice above, avoid activating this energy or “chi” which can happen with renovations or repair works. But if this is your main door, bedroom or office, the “chi” is activated as well with the activities that go on in this area, hence, taking appropriate human actions like above is the best solution besides doing a Feng Shui assessment. In addition, the Year Breaker or “Sui Po” as known in Chinese is also present in the same sector.
In summary, there’s a double negative impact in terms of inauspicious energies in the Northeast and Southwest sectors this year so do tread cautiously at work especially if your main door, bedroom or office are either located in these sectors or facing these directions.
Whatever the outcome or consequences, let all experiences become positive lessons and you will realize that there’s more gain than losses.
Here’s wishing you a roaring start in the Year of the Tiger!
